ZERO UPFRONT COMMITMENT

With zero upfront commitment and all the benefits of fundraising from an incredible and unique personal challenge, we are offering super flexible options with great fundraising returns.

ARE WE THE RIGHT FIT?

If you are city, regional or nationwide charity with funds to purchase places and potentially have a branded presence at the event you are in the right place.
If you are a small localised charity (village halls, churches etc ) that is only relevant to your local community you are still VERY welcome but we recommend asking your followers to simply buy their own space as normal and then support them in their fundraising journey.

HOW IT WORKs for the charity

1.Your charity buys the tickets (or splits the cost of a ticket with the participant) at a set discounted rate
2. You guide your fundraisers through their fundraising journey and set your minimum fundraising target
2. We only invoice you for places AFTER people start signing up
3. We offer FULL REFUNDS for unused charity places up to 6 weeks before the event
4. You can choose how much involvement you want on event day

HOW IT WORKs for your fundraisers


1. Your fundraisers visit our charity page to get a unique Promo Code to access one of your charity tickets.
2. When they sign up you will be notified so you can contact and support them on their fundraising journey.
3. Your fundraisers have an unforgettable experience at the event and fundraising payments are released to you.

All fundraising income is managed by the charity and the fundraiser through platforms such as Just Giving. The Beast Race does not take responsibility for fundraising income.

WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED

1. Your own section on the charity page, including logo and description
2. Co-ordinated social media posts on our channels to promote take up of your tickets and your cause.
3. Inclusion in our multiple emailers to over 20k mailing list
4. Live reports on who has signed up to your tickets
5. Full access to a fantastic set of images, videos and pre-made social media content for your own promotions
5. Options to 'showcase' at the event (see below)

Associate your charity with an unfoRgettable experiEnce

SHOWCASE LIVE AT THE EVENT

We want to show you off to over 2700+ happy participants, spectators and corporate groups at the event and get your branding in thousands of amazing images and video content.

We would like to set up a reciprocal arrangement whereby you can provide a number of dedicated full day volunteers and/or paid staff to support our event at the same time as promoting your brand and cause.

Here are a few options:
1. Branded gazebo, flag and banners in the event village and start and finish line
2. Dedicated charity branded obstacle staffed by your volunteers
3. Dedicated charity branded water station or finish line areas
4. Live commentary 'shout outs' to your charity (repeated min, 15 times per day)
5. Branded areas within the indoor participant registration area (pop up banners etc)
6. Onsite fundraising tools (raffles, shakers, onsite challenges, car park donations etc)

By default, the more volunteers or staff you can provide, the more presence and exposure you will gain at the event.

How much does it cost

Tickets cost £53 + VAT

1. You tell us how many places you think you could fill and we will create and launch those tickets
2. We invoice you after people have started committing to your tickets
3. Get a refund for any abandoned spaces up to 6 weeks before the event or swap in another runner
4. Increase your number of places at anytime up to 7 days before the event (*unless we hit event capacity first)

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

1. Your logo (in PNG format with transparent background or Ai/EPS)
2. A brief paragraph description of what you do and how money raised will impact your service users
